| Hellsing. They were amazing. Ashley did a fantasic job as Integra and Seras Victoria. I just love the Halconnen cannon that they made. It's so detailed and very cool! They even have the engravings on the cannon. The sucky thing is that 30 seconds after taking that photo, con security had a cow about the gun. Basically he was saying it was too realistic and that it would violate VA's "shadow" law. Yah... a police officer will really think a 6 foot Halconnen cannon will be real... right... | Ashley and company also cosplayed from Witch Hunter Robin. Ok, I LOVE WHR and they were just so fantastic in it! She really looks like Robin. She even uses her real hair to do the twists in her hair. She showed me how she does it. It doesn't show up well in the photo, but the Orbo they are wearing actually glows! They basically made the crosses and filled it with the stuff in glow sticks. I can't say enough about how impressive they are! | |||

| Pao-chan from G-On Riders. Since Ayaka was my roommate I was helping her with this costume. It was sort of funny in that since she had paws as part of her costume, once she put on the suit, she no longer had use of her hands! Doh! So once she put on the suit, I had to help her with her ears and taping her feet down. Though, later she just cut slits where her mittens where, so she could slip her hands out if she needed to use them to do things... like eat. :) | ||||
